At your initial visit, Dr. Hicks or Dr. McMurphy will conduct a thorough examination. Then the doctor will review the clinical diagnosis and discuss all of your treatment options. Our treatment coordinators, Cheryle Jacobs and Melissa Bright, will then discuss all appointments, insurance and financial arrangements. When indicated, we will take impressions of the teeth, necessary X-rays and photographs.
Step 1
The doctors will review your health history with you. Following a complimentary digital panoramic x-ray, Dr. Hicks and McMurphy will then address all of your concerns as well as any concerns that you may have discussed with your dentist.
Step 2
The doctors will then conduct a thorough exam to determine your treatment options and will discuss all options available to you.
Step 3
After the exam has been completed, a treatment coordinator will review your treatment options, schedule appointments that are necessary for you, and answer any additional questions you may have. She will also discuss the financial options that are available to you. You will receive a detailed letter including your clinical findings and financial options to take home and review.
